We’re looking for a Product Manager with a passion for healthcare and experience with realizing and commercializing software solutions.  We want your expertise and passion to rapidly deliver results at scale.

What Impact you’ll have:

Collaboratively shape the future of current and new products:  lead side by side with design and engineering team members to define and deliver solutions.

Deliver meaningful solutions to the market: ensure our ability to deliver the right solution to the market by managing the four key aspects of a product: Value, Usability, Feasibility, and Business Viability.

Focus product evolution on solving problems: continuously improve products not from lists of features or roadmap management, but on outcomes for our users

What you'll bring:

  • The ability to become an expert on the problems of your actual users and customers.
  • The ability to partner with design and technology leads to guide the product team through the entire lifecycle of a product from discovery to delivery
  • Experience using data to observe how your product is performing and use data to identify areas for product improvement 
  • Experience working shoulder-to-shoulder with a team of designers and engineers on your product team, and coordinate when necessary with other product teams to deliver high-quality experiences to your customers.
  • The ability to managing multiple product inputs including direct feedback from users, input from the sales team, technology changes, and strategic objectives of the organization
  • An orientation for driving constant improvement including a willingness to experiment with solutions that may not be scalable
  • A desire to have your product define the market through consistent monitoring of competitors, staying in tune with the political and regulatory environment, being aware of emerging technology trends, and a curiosity about what makes other products great.
  • Experience partnering with commercial teams to build compelling business plans and go-to-market strategies.
  • Ability to proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the Product team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.

Set yourself apart:

  • Experiences in the healthcare industry, such as working with payers, providers, or pharmaceutical manufacturers
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategies related to a product
  • Experience building products that leverage machine learning
  • Demonstrated ability to be a leader including excelling at influencing without authority
  • The ability to work nimbly across multiple projects and balance competing priorities. 
  • An advanced degree such as an MBA, or other relevant fields of study

Basic qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Product Management experience with progressively increasing responsibility, preferably in a healthcare domain
  • Bachelor's Degree, with at least one formal programming class completed during the course of studies or on your own
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distill complex concepts for a non-technical audience.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with superb attention to detail and an emphasis on structured problem-solving.
  • The ability to work nimbly across multiple projects and balance competing priorities. 
  • Proven track record bringing software products to market.
  • Experience in an Agile development environment
