About the Position
Are you a passionate product leader who enjoys:

  • Elevating your craft with proactive research in the areas of emerging technologies, high-level market analysis, and staying in touch with the competitive landscape?
  • Getting customers, developers, and executives excited about your roadmap?
  • Creating cross-functional buy-in for features and ideas using high impact problem statements backed by user research and data analysis?
  • Making recommendations to executives regarding pricing and packaging for B2B product lines?
  • Completing build vs. buy vs. partner analyses?
  • Executing on your roadmap with a dispersed team of engineers and QA experts via user stories, wireframes, UAT, go-no-go decision-making and other daily practices necessary to see a feature to launch?
  • Defining key metrics for monitoring the success of delivering your roadmap and making the appropriate adjustments?
  • Collaborating with team members in brainstorming sessions, off-sites, and general product discovery exercises?

Responsibilities 

  • Leverages product management and product knowledge to generate and evaluate new product opportunities and ideas submitted by others
  • Analyzes customer data and market research to provide actionable insights to inform a product roadmap, with guidance from more senior Product Managers where necessary
  • Produces a product roadmap with proper phasing, communicates product roadmap to cross-functional partners and stakeholders, and proactively identifies and manages interdependencies
  • Leads the product discovery process for small, defined and straightforward projects to assess product features and specifications, getting support from manager as needed
  • Drives the product discovery process for moderately complex projects to assess product features and specifications and to solve common or straightforward business problems
  • Identifies and readily communicates cross-job function projects or initiatives in area of responsibility
  • Manages backlog
  • Plans and runs SCRUMs/Standups
  • Makes on-going clarifications and trade-offs
  • Elicits the right information to build effective solutions
  • Defines the overall measures of product success

Skills & Qualifications

  • Three years of product management experience 
  • Background in agile development methodologies
  • Business or computer related bachelor’s degree, masters preferred
