The Role.

As a Product Manager at Mabbly, your role is to understand the client’s needs in order to create meaningful product experiences that delight the end user. You’ll do this by relying on your broad and deep knowledge of customer’ business domains, product experience, and elicitation techniques. As a trusted advisor to the client, your role is rooted in understanding the client’s definition of success and being able to translate those requirements within the capabilities of our internal design and development teams.

As a member of the Product Studio, you’ll be the point person to engage in gathering requirements across multiple clients. You are the liaison between the clients and development teams, and are responsible for driving the identification, specification, and successful delivery of solutions that leverage Mabbly's capabilities to support and grow our clients’ business. This person must be naturally curious with a passion for user-centered design, and always drawn to delivering world-class experiences to users and clients alike.

What You’ll Do:

  • Advise, gather and define current and future business requirements that best reflect the clients’ desired business objectives and goals
  • Create design specifications, user scenarios, process flow diagrams, and acceptance criteria to facilitate understanding and alignment with internal and external stakeholders
  • Elicit business requirements using stakeholder interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, as well as task and workflow analysis
  • Develop the standards and documentation processes for all business analysis and execution work and ensure they are upheld by internal teams
  • Own the resolution of critical business issues, gathering information critical to diagnosis and resolution, documenting change options, and ensuring successful resolution
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and subject matter experts to establish the product vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs
  • Specialize in and utilize business process modeling, design and analysis tools to identify and develop required E2E business processes, while assessing the impact of these processes on overall solution, systems and operations
  • Communicate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure all technical documents are aligned with overall project objectives and requirements.
  • Earn the trust of both clients and internal teams through effective communication and a deep understanding of the needs from both sides; ensure external and internal teams are aligned
  • Share feedback to ensure internal cross-functional teams are delivering work aligned with the strategy set forth, client’s objectives and expectations
  • Participate in pre-sale and discovery phases to establish a project vision and a potential roadmap 
  • Work closely with Product Director to support the requirements-to-execution process from start to finish 

What We’ll Need in You:

  • 5-7 years of product management or business analyst experience; 2-3 years of client facing experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or Communications
  • Must have experience in the following:
    • Writing specifications, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, DoD, DoR
    • Development of UML diagram, Use Case diagram, ERD, BPMN, requirements traceability matrix, wireframes
    • Functional and non-functional requirements eliciting and documenting
    • Integration requirements gathering
    • Risk management and handling change requests and educating stakeholders about potential implications
  • Ability to lead and facilitate client-facing sessions, resolve conflicts and present solutions using various mediums (presentations, demos, business processes etc.)
  • Experience in set of products & master in E2E Business processes at least in one, if not most business domains
  • Experience managing and working with remote teams is preferred
  • Ability to quickly learn, systematize, and retain business knowledge
  • Strong understanding of SDLC; expected to work without direct supervision
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present information tailored to different audiences. Effectively translating technical ideas to non-technical professionals and vice versa.
  • Strong organizational skills, including close attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple accounts and projects at once
