The Job

• Building SilkRoad's Agile Performance Product.
• Drive Product direction. New features. Sentiment Analysis. It's all SaaS. You will own it all.
• Author Epics & Stories. Drive Development Teams: Jacksonville, Offshore, Nearshore.
• Interact with Sales, Customer Success and Implementation teams and Customers.
• A Start-up role within a Mature company. Best & Worst of both worlds. You'll learn a lot.

Required Skills

• Product Manager; Historically and in your DNA.
• Proficient with Agile/Scrum/Kanban development methodologies. Unbelievably Communicative.
• Meticulous attention to detail and you've shipped SaaS products.
• Understand Employe Perfomance Systems. Bonus if you understand Agile Perfomance solutions, 360 degree performance review, check-in, collaborate feedback...
• Good grasp of business-class and consumer-class UX.
• Keen interest in technological innovation.

• You find comfort in spinning multiple plates.

Required Experience

• Knowledge of Performance Management solutions.
• A bachelor's degree in math, computer science or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years working in Product Management with agile development methodologies.
• Experience interfacing with development teams.
• Experience with JIRA or equivalent product development management tools.
• Experience working with offshore/nearshore teams.
• Experience at a startup/fast paced environment.
