In this position, you will work with a dedicated team of engineers, designers, and analysts to improve the merchant experience for the Card Linked Offers product at Groupon. You will be responsible for identifying key initiatives, prioritizing them on a roadmap, and delivering results. Your results will carry impact to numerous merchants and provide them with a world class experience which will ultimately strengthen the supply for our Card-Link Offers.

 

In This Role You Will….

  • Own the merchant onboarding and engagement experience for our merchants to stay on the Groupon platform enabling them to meet their business goals

  • Craft a winning product strategy - socialize, prioritize, and execute to turn your vision into a reality.

  • Define product requirements and communicate clearly to the engineering and design teams. You will work with these teams to bring features to market, test, measure, iterate and advance.

  • Dive deep into our data, know your customer, define success, and move the needle on key metrics.

  • Work closely with General Managers on the business side, and align roadmap initiatives to help grow revenue and scale globally.

 

About You:

  • You have 3+ years proven track record in bringing merchant and consumer facing mobile and/or web products to market. You care alot about the nitty-gritty details that lead to a polished and beautiful product.

  • You can juggle multiple hats, and priorities. You adapt well in a flexible, fast paced environment.

  • You’re a user first - You can step into a user’s shoes (and are one yourself) and be their voice in meetings or working sessions. You look at customer and merchant data obsessively to marry numbers and qualitative behavior into your vision and strategy.

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can drill down from a big picture to the details depending on your audience.

  • You love data and have the proven ability to make data-driven decisions and extract insights from product metrics. Experience with SQL, Teradata, statistical analysis a big plus.

  • You have experience with agile software development and can masterfully prioritize backlogs for software engineers

  • You have a technical background through either education or experience
