Groupon’s mission is to become the daily habit in local commerce and fulfill our purpose of building strong communities through thriving small businesses by connecting people to a vibrant, global marketplace for local services, experiences and goods. In the process, we’re positively impacting the lives of millions of customers and merchants globally. Even with thousands of employees spread across multiple continents, we still maintain a culture that inspires innovation, rewards risk-taking and celebrates success.

We're big enough to have resources and scale, but small enough that a single person has a surprising amount of ownership and can make a meaningful impact. As a Product Manager, you will:

  • Own the end-to-end product vision and strategy to drive execution for Getaways User Experience, Search and Discovery efforts

  • Work with designers, developers and senior management to build features and experiences that enhance the customer experience

  • Launch bold new features on mobile web and web that drives revenue lift and increased purchase frequency

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand new feature needs, understand what features are realistically achievable and are priorities under the operating plan, and build out a corresponding roadmap and vision for how those features should work, how consumers would use those features

  • Phase complex products as may be necessary and understand tactically how influence various parts of the organization effectively to get a “foot in the door” for your projects.

  • Monitor, measure, and track the success and/or failure of your programs and make recommendations for how to adapt based upon the results we find.

We’re excited about you if you meet the following requirements:

  • MBA, Information Systems, BS Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar field

  • 3-5 years in Product Management

  • Formal experience with product management documentation and related processes

  • You’re a self-starter who can execute in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction

  • You have an excellent understanding of product development and how web and mobile technologies work

  • You have strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills

  • You can call the shots and enjoy leading changes

  • A big plus if you have prior Mobile Product experience
