Product Manager

It’s with that in mind that Hireology is looking to add a Product Manager to our Product & UX team, to help us build out the toolset for our customers to attract high-quality applicants for their open roles. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing team and help execute our Attract strategy while having a substantial impact on our growth.
As our Product Manager for Applicant Sourcing, you’ll be responsible for:
Maintaining and scaling our top-of-funnel toolset, including job ad distribution, the Hireology application form and other application mechanisms, and web-based applicant funnels.
Providing the business and our customers with robust reporting on applicant source attribution and ROI
Maintaining and growing applicant and job datasets ethically and at scale
Managing and identifying partnerships in the sourcing space

2-5 years of product management background with measured success stories, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Ability to build alignment around the product roadmap. You should have an assertive, direct communication style with a flair for inspiring and motivating others.
Experience leading substantial aspects of product management. That means identifying opportunities, defining a product roadmap, creating business cases, driving execution activities, and measuring results.
