Job description 

The Product Manager is a hands-on, detail-oriented individual with an entrepreneurial approach to solving problems and executing on initiatives. We are looking for someone who is extremely passionate about leveraging data and analytics to drive smart, business-impacting projects. The primary responsibilities of this role are as below:

• Manage the product development team of IT developers in India and USA

• Identify ways to use technology to solve business problems and make it easy for customers to shop with us online 

• Make trade-offs to prioritize list of product changes

• Ensure delivery of product changes 

• Work with strategy and business stakeholders to evaluate the implementation of new product extensions to grow

Location

River North, Chicago, IL 

Requirements

• 2-5 years of product management experience

• Strong problem-solving skills, master of execution, and the ability to multitask

• Proven experience of using data to build great products/customer experience

• Experience guiding teams in a highly iterative, rapidly evolving agile environment

• Excellent analytical skills, process management, results driven and attention to detail 

• Experience with A/B testing, UX/UI principles (preferable)

• Startup experience is a plus
