Now, we’re looking for an experienced Product Manager (PM) to grow our product suite in ways that differentiate us from the competition, drive value for our users and expand our market. The Role, along with everything you’d expect

  • The role is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to grow into a Senior PM.
  • Guide improvements to the funded trader product line profitability through product features and/or additional monetization strategies..
  • Engage and collaborate with smart people from across the organization to create and implement the product roadmap, while also communicating progress to all stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Autonomy to define the “what” of our key initiatives by understanding the competition, users and company abilities and constraints.
  • Drive product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, and working closely with engineering, marketing and trader support to ensure key results are met.
  • Bring innovation to bear on the company's product lines and ability to serve its customers.
  • Make and own the hard decisions and trade-offs that emerge during product delivery when things don’t go exactly as planned.

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience as a Product Manager at a SaaS technology company, with demonstrated success. We need someone who can hit the ground running, so examples of strategic thinking, effective communication to senior leadership, and an understanding of the software development process are essential
  • Previous experience mentoring and leading a team. We believe in the well-being of our team, so capable leaders are extremely important
  • Ability and tendency to balance the value of qualitative and quantitative data. We value data as much as the next tech company, but you’re here for a reason, as is our entire intelligent team, so we always weigh both
  • Cat herder extraordinaire! Relationship management, ability to work effectively with internal and external teams, and overall accountability are crucial. We are a small company and are not short on ideas. Being able to prioritize initiatives and gain consensus is essential. We say our Product Managers carry a “Bag of hammers of differing hardness” with the ability to keep the team focused on the right priorities
  • Servant leader mindset (and skillset). We are a team and everyone needs to be willing to do whatever is needed to get the job done
  • Ability to manage stakeholders. Be able to lead and facilitate discussions among a wide group of stakeholders (engineering, business units and external clients)
  • Excited about trading and traders. Have a passion for helping traders improve their skill and improve their psyche
  • Innovative. We need someone who will naturally be excited to find ways to reinvent the process, making it better, faster and stronger
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred. If you don’t have one, but otherwise think you’re a great fit, please don’t hesitate to apply
