About you:
You are someone who wants to create products that truly make a difference in the lives of working parents. You use data to inform roadmaps, but you also know when you have enough information for action. You love the challenge of prioritizing user needs amongst multiple business objectives. You enjoy collaborating with others in a cross-functional team, and across departments.

What you’ll do:
*Use your understanding of the competitive environment, users, and product metrics to determine the right set of features to drive engagement on The Mom Project.
*Drive product requirements definition, product planning and design (including writing product briefs) of new features and enhancements.
*Work cross-functionally and with other departments to bring features to life.
*Clearly communicate product benefits to our users and internal stakeholders and balance tradeoffs.
*Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, translate high-level information into actionable details, and distinguish user requests from their underlying problems.
*Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
*Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to drive informed strategic product decisions.

Pre-requisites
*2+ years experience building technology products with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning and launch
*Bachelor's degree
*Demonstrated understanding of how to interpret customer needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
*Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to interact with and understand diverse teams
*Have a natural curiosity that overcomes obstacles to get answers
*Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment, and be an independent problem-solver
*High levels of energy, integrity, and curiosity
*Experience in community building is a plus
