The Product Manager will work with key stakeholders from CardX’s technology, operations, and sales teams to establish product priorities, translate market research and stakeholder feedback into feature specifications, and manage launch schedule and strategy.
This role requires strong leadership skills, passion for excellence in product, and the ability to distill feedback from multiple teams into a clear, coherent vision. Product priorities include the next generation of CardX web applications for eCommerce transactions, an entirely new merchant-facing portal for reporting and financial reconciliation, and a new line of hardware devices for face-to-face transactions.
