Product Manager/Technical Account Manager

Job Description

Aisle Rocket Studios is seeking a tech-savvy Product Manager/Technical Account Manager who will serve as an expert for a fortune 500 client of ours. This team member will be expected to handle responsibilities related to project management and also needs to be client interfacing. He/she is accountable for managing multiple projects and deadlines both internally and externally. Your technical abilities will be critical to identify solutions and build a foundational relationship with our client. 


  • Maintain functional technical knowledge of client’s infrastructure and network
  • Grow profitability of the agency while cultivating a long-term relationship with the client
  • Effectively communicate with both the client and internal project teams
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and drive issue escalation as appropriate to technical support teams
  • Present cost estimates, technical experiences to client teams including director level roles
  • Review all client deliverables to ensure reliability, accuracy and quality standards are met and exceeded
  • Collaborate with technical team leads on estimating, timelines and project risks
  • Prepare project timelines and manage internal communication on client specific marketing campaign details, status and next steps
  • Facilitate ongoing client communication including regularly scheduled meetings & calls, providing exceptional follow-up
  • Shift account priorities based on client needs and expectations
  • Understand clients’ ROI to their customers and contribute actionable solutions to their goals and objectives

Requirements & Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred
  • 3-5 years in a client facing role that required technical knowledge
  • Previous customer facing experience as a technical consultant/partner
  • Full life cycle experience of technical products (SaaS tools, websites, apps) 
  • Understanding of hardware and software architecture and infrastructure development
  • Proven success in developing and maintaining superior client relationships, delivering results, and anticipating roadblocks
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
  • Superior project management, communication, and critical thinking skills
  • Proven track record juggling multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Must thrive in a fast paced, results driven environment
  • Thorough understanding of contemporary technology stacks (React.js, JavaScript, LAMP stack) 
  • Startup experience is a plus
