POSITION SUMMARY

The Product Solution Architect is responsible for leading the Integrations Product associated with the bswift platform. Integrations product include batch data extraction, API & Web services, SSO, Data Imports, and Fulfillment etc. The person will be aligned to one or more of these areas.

Fundamental Components:

• Review all enhancements request in the integrations area and channel them through the agile process for solution, analysis and development.
• Work with developers and analysts to ensure the development and testing of these enhancements is as per desired expected outcome.
• Create scrum ready queue of work with user stories and analysis so that the developers always engaged as they move from one item to the other.
• Constantly review ways we can improve, and scale to allow for automation, and improved performance in integration areas.
• Provide hands-on management of the bswift product delivery life-cycle and associated communication.
• Collaborate with other bswift technology leaders to drive deployment and adoption of new solutions and best practices.
• Manage project request intake and initial triage on requests from development, user experience, system engineering, quality assurance, business, sales and operational teams.
• Lead succession planning, training and onboarding initiatives across the technology department.
• Articulate operational support strategy & manage change to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including technology and bswift leadership.
• Assist sales and operations with customer presentations in your role as subject matter expert.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

• 10+ years of relevant industry experience with product management or technical teams
• Proven success in integrations development and delivery. Developer experience is preferred.
• Track record of building and managing strong scrum teams
• Experience with benefit administration systems required
• Broad knowledge of new technologies preferred

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
