In your role, you will be responsible for supporting the credit card product team to grow and scale the product offering by conducting actionable data analysis, driving insightful reporting for senior management. You will also help monitor existing and new product KPIs and work closely with Engineering, Finance, Product, Legal and other teams across the company. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Analysis

-Drive customer segmentation and channel performance analysis

-Conduct product-market fit analysis to identify gaps and opportunities

-Own competitive analysis and reporting to provide insights into the market

-Assess existing affiliate channel performance to identify areas for improvement

-Manage price tests, experimentation planning and framework

Reporting

-Develop and maintain regular reporting process for performance reporting

-Maintain weekly reporting on core KPI’s specific to product performance

-Build and manage application funnel end-to-end reporting dashboards

-Assist in the preparation of documentation required to meet any reporting requirements

Strategy Implementation

-Help drive pricing strategy and marketing partner test strategy

-Identify opportunities for automation and system improvements

-Improve internal and external processes

Why you are a fit for Avant:

• BA/BS in Engineering, Math, Economics, or equivalent work
• 2+ Years of experience with process improvement, management consulting, credit card operations, and/or analytics required
• Ability to improve performance by analyzing and managing key performance indicators, developing a strategy based on observations and implementing the strategy
• Ability to handle and execute on complex projects in a fast paced environment with minimum supervision and successfully meet established deadlines
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel and SQL
