The Product Strategy Manager will be the link between Numerator's high-level product strategy and the tactical development of concepts and features for Numerator's suite of products. The ideal candidate will be able to pressure test the prioritization of development concepts to ensure our Product Managers are working on high-impact projects that are aligned with Numerator's broader corporate strategy. This will include the development, roll-out, and management of the annual Product Roadmap process. They will track progress throughout the year and ensure communication to, and alignment with, stakeholders throughout the organization. In addition, this person will assist Numerator's CPO and VP of Product Strategy in various ad hoc strategic analyses, such as strategic partnerships or new market entry. This role will have high visibility within the organization, and will work directly with Numerator's Executive and Product Leadership teams on a daily basis. Job Description

  • Lead the development of Numerator's annual product roadmap, from process development to the presentation to Numerator's Executives and Board of Directors
  • Conduct quarterly roadmap reviews to review progress and assess strategic implications for Numerator's suite of products
  • Coordinate monthly product councils to triage product-specific feedback from Numerator's Commercial, Consulting, Engineering, and Operations teams
  • Act as Numerator POC for progress of roadmap completion and communicate regularly to the broader organization
  • Maintain Numerator's Total Addressable Market model and update as new products and features are released
  • Coordinate ad-hoc assessments of strategic opportunities, such as new market entry or product divestiture
  • Bachelor's degree required in analytical fields such as business or engineering (MBA or other advanced degree optional)
  • 5+ years work experience in management consulting or technology
  • Advanced Powerpoint and Excel skills (Google Slides and Sheets also used extensively)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale programs from development to implementation
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

  • Able to effectively manage upward and cross-functionally, without direct reports
  • Interest in Product and Technology as a career
  • Experience in Market Research
  • Experience in CPG Manufacturing or Retail
