Product Support Specialist
GoHealth is looking for an ambitious self-starter to join our growing team as a Product Support Specialist. You will make an impact at GoHealth as part of a newly formed testing team. This team will focus on two-way and multi-channel communication with our end users and partner with our Product Development team as GoHealth continues to scale the insurance marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the build out of Service Level Agreements by compiling metrics based on your interactions with consumers
- Drive continuous improvement throughout the program, raising opportunities for improvement to the Product Development and Lead Generation teams
- Serve as a subject matter expert on GoHealth products and guide consumers through the policy selection and application process via multiple mediums (Chat Bot, SMS, phone, etc.)
- Able to meet service level targets and deliverables and provide insights
- Quickly grasp new concepts and product offerings, including major medical, prescription drug plans, and other ancillary health products
- Learn and adapt quickly as GoHealth continues to expand product offerings
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Experience in a competitive and performance-driven environment with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Computer proficiency – excellent typing skills and high attention to detail are a must
- Must be able to successfully complete all licensing (or have a pre-existing valid insurance license) and legal background requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
