Product Support Team Lead
We are looking for a dynamic team lead with great people skills and a solution driven mindset. The team lead is not afraid of getting in the trenches as well as strategizing. You will create a qualitative and quantitative story describing the impact of their team (up to 10 members) while working closely with leadership to ensure streamlined performance and communication consistency.
What You Will Do:
- Providing day to day leadership for product specialists
- Providing informal training via team meetings
- Working with training to facilitate onboarding or continuous training modules
- Providing weekly reports based on team performance (CSAT, Pace, QC, etc.)
- Providing development/coaching for shift leads
- Partnering with external/internal teams
- Working closely with leadership to drive bottom-line results
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- A servant leader mentality
- Ability to develop and leverage individuals
- An iterator
- 2-3 years as a frontline supervisor for SaaS products
Within First 3-6 Months You Will Have:
- Developed in-depth knowledge of product
- Identified strong and weak points of each team member
- Created development plans
- Led a project (as needed)
