The Product Team Project Manager is responsible for delivering on-time features and products that exceed internal stakeholder expectations, requiring an absolute commitment to project plans, professional excellence, and teamwork. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, managing and delivering successful projects, often for more than one project concurrently; will assist internal stakeholders in defining product requirements; and will provide task-oriented assistance and guidance to development teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Act as main liaison point throughout each project
  • Preparation and presentation of project plans for new and existing products including resource requirements, dependencies, priorities and assembly of project timelines Coordinating, scheduling and establishing regular meeting cadence with stakeholders
  • Facilitation and planning of specific pieces of work and feature sets including releases, upgrades, integrations and testing
  • Story-writing to clearly define product and feature requirements for the development teams
  • Ownership and prioritization of product backlogs to ensure timely delivery of project plans
  • Assisting the development teams in drafting testing plans, along with coordinating and executing product acceptance during testing phases
  • Management of tasks and deliverables, providing feedback to both stakeholders and development teams on status of these tasks and deliverables
  • Engaging with stakeholders to understand their business challenges, analyzing needs and working with them to define effective solutions to help drive projects forward
  • Monitoring and reporting project statuses and timelines to stakeholders and direct manager
  • Enhancing existing project management methodologies, practices and processes
  • Active member and participant of the Product Team

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Strong results-focus, including the ability to set and manage personal goals and deadlines
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to delegate and monitor
  • Capability to manage multiple concurrent projects at any given time
  • Ability to identify, scope and manage tasks
  • Methodical approach to problem solving and ability to provide practical, efficient solutions
  • Ability to assess and manage risk, implementing appropriate plans and actions
  • Superb organization skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Quality approach to work, with an appreciation for procedures and processes
  • Flexible, highly positive outlook
  • Must be willing to work with teams across the globe
  • Ability to work closely with various technical teams 
  • General knowledge of technical development processes
