  • Establish a close working relationship with the Production Manager and Procurement teams to ensure all planned production is fulfilled from a material and labor standpoint.
  • Work with our Menu Innovation team to input new menu items into the production planner and design the process flows of any new ingredients and subrecipes through our processing and assembly rooms.
  • Create weekly reports (planned vs. actual material usage, standard cost tracker) that will be used in company wide presentations and will help drive improvements across manufacturing operations.
