An Insider's view of Outcome Health

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

OH hugely prioritizes work-life balance, as evidenced by providing employees with a stellar amount of time off and remote flexibility when needed to do all the things we love outside of work. By being able to spend time with family and friends, we feel energized when returning to the office.

Jordan

Manager, Technical Support

What projects are you most excited about?

At OH we created a video campaign "In These Rooms" to capture the raw, authentic emotions that happen at the point of care as a call to action to challenge the industry to think differently: to create the right content for the most critical moments of the health journey. We are eager for the effect that this campaign will have across the poc space!

Jennifer

Director, Brand Communications & Social Impact

How has your career grown since starting at the company?

Over the last 2.5 years at OH, I have been on 3 different teams. Unlike the last company I worked for, it’s much easier to move positions within the company at OH. Since I’ve started at OH, I’ve been able to add a plethora of technical skills, from Tableau to Python, but it doesn’t stop there. Our team is constantly integrating new technologies.
