As The Senior Director of CommandCentral Product Management, you will own and oversee the overall strategy for our cloud based 911 Call Handling, Computer Aided Dispatch, Records, Evidence and Jail software applications which make up the CommandCentral Suite. This software suite is designed to bring clarity to public safety workflows and the confidence that agencies and first responders have the right information, every time. From call to case closure, CommandCentral connects all data to create actionable intelligence, eliminates barriers to heighten collaboration and delivers the complete, 360° Incident.

Reporting directly to the Vice President of CommandCentral, you will be working on a high-velocity, results-oriented team that leverages cutting-edge technologies and techniques. The right individual will be an innovator, defining and building new products, not afraid to be a disruptor. You will be responsible for leading the ideation and feature definition of our cloud based mission critical public safety solutions while working closely with our development teams to launch innovative products. You will be the strategic authority on our products, the market, competitive landscape and our customers.
10+ years experience in product ownership roles, must have extensive experience bringing multiple first of their kind products from ideation through to production or transforming existing workflows through software innovation.
Must have experience in strategic product ownership for Saas cloud applications, specifically in a high availability/reliability environment.
Experience in Law Enforcement / Public Safety is a plus
Must be able to obtain background clearance if required by government customers
Specialized Knowledge and Skills
Firm understanding of Agile, software design, user interaction, and user interface design.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a necessity given the complex scope of the role and need to partner with Software Enterprise senior leadership
An ability to integrate VOC with you and your team’s insights to what they are creating
Bring solid, progressive leadership experience managing, developing, coaching and providing feedback on career growth for a team of product managers and product owners
Proactive, enthusiastic attitude toward challenging problems
Capable of quickly evaluating and prioritizing new projects alongside customer feedback
High degree of competency with project management, including issues and risk identification and management, tracking; demonstrated strong attention to detail.
Ability to understand market trends, financial data, and customer needs and assess competitive intelligence data.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a diverse team spread across multiple continents in a fast-moving environment
Ability to multi-task among various assignments
