Senior Manager, Product

Core Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from product envisioning, to product monetization. 

• Product strategy, vision, and roadmap. This includes artificial intelligence products such as recommendation engines 
• Working with the stakeholders on product design and UX
• Partner with engineers to create a design system that makes building a beautiful and consistent product easier
• Design conceptual user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, information architecture diagrams, interaction specifications, and functional prototypes
• Collaboration with engineering on product development
• Interacting with the artificial intelligence team to communicate the need, validate the deliverables, storyboard the deliverables to gain buy-in from the stakeholders, and design the product in consultation with the AI team
• Interaction with team members located in different time zones
• Operationalize the business by working with the stakeholders to re-engineer business processes
• Monitor product performance based on product analytics
• Partner with the business stakeholders to determine product monetization strategies, and take the products to market
• Bring a deep understanding of the market/industry, our competition, and user requirements to the broader product team
• Prioritize strategic objectives to deliver product solutions that users love and align with business initiatives
• Define products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly to deliver value to our users and business.
• Iterate on existing features as well as develop new solutions 
• Work collaboratively on a product team made up of a product manager, a product designer, & 3-5 developers
• Develop innovative solutions by collaborating as needed with each internal business function, product areas, and our end users of a two-sided marketplace
• Help to pioneer the future of work in the gig economy through technology

How You’ll Add Value: 

• 5-10 years of end to end product lifecycle management
• Experience with development of artificial intelligence products
• Proficiency designing and prototyping with tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, Keynote, and/or InVision
• Expertise in writing epics, user stories and product quality assurance
• Adept at sprint planning
• An understanding of product engineering methods
• Deep understanding of sales, marketing and customer success processes
• Experience developing products for online marketplaces
• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and will have experience working with teams in different time zones
