Product Manager- Catalog

This is a full-time role in Chicago, IL

SpotOn is a fast-growing Point-of-Sale, marketing, loyalty, sales, and reputation tracking platform that helps customers check in to earn rewards at their favorite local businesses using our web, mobile phone, and tablet products. Business owners can use data generated by these check-ins, as well as sales data, to reach out and connect with their customers, and manage their online reputation, and experience the benefits of loyal, returning customers.

Responsibilities

• Design a merchant-centric, data-driven product that will intuitively guide guests through the entire retail setups
• Develop, prioritize, and execute an evolving product roadmap
• Identify and research data-driven insights; making sound data-driven feature-functionality decisions
• Conduct competitive analysis; research and recommend new offerings to maintain a competitive advantage in an evolving market
• Work collaboratively across design and engineering within the team to prioritize efforts aligned to the roadmap
• Regularly communicate product status to leadership and highlight quantifiable business impacts
• Responsible for dedicated product areas within retail portfolio.
• Taking ideas from inception to execution.
• Performing post analysis of features released and always for areas of improvement.
