Role Summary:

The Senior Product Manager for Data & Analytics will collaborate with various stakeholder groups to plan, prioritize, and activate data assets that drive value within Outcome Health’s data ecosystem. This individual will be responsible for helping to build the strategy, define requirements, and drive execution for the product analytics team.

Role Responsibilities:

• Maintain the product analytics backlog and participate in agile ceremonies for multiple scrum teams
• Develop and execute the strategy to extend Outcome Health’s data collection, data science, and reporting capabilities across both internally-facing and customer-facing systems
• Write, drive, and prioritize thoughtful and detailed functional specifications for data ingestion, data cleansing, data quality, analytic processing, and BI use cases via an Agile development methodology
• Translate requirements between data scientists, engineers, designers, marketers, and other PMs
• Develop and deliver product milestones and KPIs that will drive the business forward
• Identify and propose solutions for complex problems, communicate solutions concisely, and articulate a clear vision to technical and non-technical groups in order to passionately drive results
• Maintain compliance with external governance of data management

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years product management experience developing data products with experience across data infrastructure, data science, and/or analytics
• Understanding of logical and physical data modeling, data architecture, data taxonomy, and both structured and unstructured data
• Strong SQL skills as well as experience with big data and/or complex data sets
• Hands-on programming experience with Python (e.g., Jupyter, Pandas, NumPy, SciKit)
• Ability to be an active participant in architecture and design reviews
• Ability to understand the technical implementation trade-offs to ensure that requirements are not misunderstood or being ignored by a given implementation plan
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills
• Incredible attention to detail, with structured problem-solving approach
• Demonstrated ability to motivate others and lead cross-functional teams

 Travel
Travel may occasionally be required but will make up Other Duties
