We’re looking for a Product Manager to own and drive strategy, product development, and adoption of Pangea’s Enterprise line of business, Pangea Connect. Pangea’s API solution allows companies to add international money transfers to their existing products while leveraging Pangea’s money transmitter licenses, compliance controls, and integrations with payment networks worldwide. Pangea’s White Label solution offers tailored mobile remittance apps that enable global brands to quickly enter the US market.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the planning and execution of the Enterprise Product Roadmap that aligns with company strategy, goals, and budget.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize product opportunities and requirements from Enterprise customers, Enterprise sales, and key stakeholders at the company.
- Work directly with the Head of Enterprise to understand existing partners' needs and scope / prioritize accordingly.
- Be the in-house expert on all technical aspects of Pangea’s API and White Label solutions.
- Write detailed product requirements and user stories that guide the Enterprise engineering team.
- Work directly with engineers to provide feedback and ensure that the right solution is being delivered.
- Analyze data to extract insights on the performance of new features and product launches.
- Own technical certification for White Label applications.
- Own production validation for API partners.
- Provide ongoing visibility to the rest of the company regarding the long-term roadmap and short-term priorities.
QUALIFCATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science or Engineering.
- At least 7 years of Product Management experience.
- Advanced knowledge of the product management lifecycle and go-to-market processes for SaaS products and/or API technologies.
- Experience working in agile development teams in a fast-paced, iterative environment including identifying opportunities, writing user stories, working with engineers, and communicating releases.
- Ability to communicate qualitative and quantitative results clearly, succinctly, and confidently in verbal and written communications.
- Highly experienced with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience building, managing, and scaling technical integrations with upstream and downstream partners is a plus.
- Prior payments or fintech experience preferred.
