As a Senior Product Manager of Enterprise Growth you will be a part of a new team, inside of an established Growth organization, leading acquisition, activation and retention of our Enterprise customers. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase the value of hiring independent talent to some of the largest businesses in the world. The role is both tactical and strategic, in that we have great Growth frameworks and practices which need to be applied to an important and growing segment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive Growth initiatives and experiments for acquiring and activating Enterprise customers
  • Work closely with the Sales, Content, and Marketing teams to define great experiences for various enterprise personas
  • Develop landing pages, optimize lead capture and onboarding flows to help visitors become potential customers
  • Imagine new ways to promote Upwork, freelancers and distributed teams to large companies
  • Get involved in all aspects of the Sales process to better understand Enterprise customers

What it takes to catch our eye:

  • Understanding, and previous experience in applying Growth frameworks
  • Experience growing b2b products or products with business customers
  • Analytical approach, with a great handle on data, and bias for action
  • You have high customer empathy, and value qualitative research just as much as robust data sets
  • Passion for marketplace products, the future of work, and building for impact worldwide
