As a Senior Product Manager on the Enterprise team, you will develop and execute roadmap to rethink our business's key infrastructure components, to help us scale for Enterprises. You will help in the enhancement of our product and features that helps millions of users collaborate with distributed teams.

Your Responsibilities:

• Partner with Engineering to define and identify the ideal set of solutions required for the Enterprise client
• Directly develop and execute the roadmap and partner with the associated agile teams
• Work with the Design team throughout the process to ensure optimal user experiences
• Ensure clear communication and coordination across business, design, and development teams. You raise and resolve risks or misalignment
• Prepare and facilitate implementation of go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful launch execution and adoption
• You take ownership of the results - track critical metrics and use them to drive decision-making about what's next.
• You help define the vision, short and long term product strategy for the Enterprise product.

• Proven track record in understanding customer needs, working across a variety of functional teams, developing solutions, and launching complex products that impact growth
• Real passion for Upwork and a deep appreciation of Upwork’s mission and impact
• Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and the proven ability to influence and communicate effectively
• Collaborative attitude with a track record of building strong relations at all levels
• Able to understand enough of the complex technical architecture to be effective at understanding the implications of product/design decisions
• Able to juggle multiple responsibilities and competing priorities effectively
• 3 - 5 years working in product with previous experience with Agile development methodologies

• Understanding of various technical elements, such that you can hold an assertive conversation with the engineers and “be part of the discussion” as solutions are developed

• Ability to understand and breakdown complex problems and frame problems to create cross team alignment and effective solution ideation
• Strategic and creative thinking that enables you to understand industry and customer trends and apply those insights to deliver business results
