What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 6-10 years of experience in information services/technology business development and/or sale engineering -or- top-tier management consulting focused on digital strategy
Functional understanding of B2B software development, deployment, and delivery from a business managerial standpoint
Solid ability to quickly ramp up on features and technical aspects new solutions and engage across internal and external product, commercial, and executive teams
Demonstrated capacity to understand different business sectors and identify opportunities for innovation, product development, and commercial growth
Outstanding interpersonal skills to positively influence outcomes and ability to work across functions and levels of seniority
Strategic thinker with track record of articulating strategic plans, operationalizing to implement/execute, and driving results for key initiatives
Effective presentation skills coupled with solid fluency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Strong organizational skills and a high degree of comfort managing multiple projects
Flexibility to engage with virtual team across multiple geographies and participate in calls outside standard business hours
Ability to travel (both domestic and international) to engage with current and prospective partners as well as internal stakeholders

Our IDVision suite comprises powerful fraud and identity solutions that aid our customers in better understanding consumers by detecting suspected fraud earlier and interpreting data in search of anomalies and patterns of risk. Armed with these solutions, our customers can protect and restore confidence while satisfying good consumers with a seamless experience as for transactions online or via mobile devices.
The International Fraud & Identity business includes key markets spanning five continents with a track record of double-digit percentage growth going back a number of years. This business is supported by the Center of Excellence (CoE) team with accountability for product strategy, product development, product management, and commercial. The Product Manager will be an essential role within the CoE to support our rapidly expanding business, responsible for broader product development strategy including cultivating and maintaining relationships with strategic partners.
The role will be based in TransUnion’s global headquarters in Chicago, working closely with the VP & Head of Fraud & Identity Solutions as well as other leaders on the Center of Excellence team and throughout our global business
Enhance and champion the product vision and strategy for our suite of global Fraud & Identity solutions by owning, managing and delivering against the product roadmap
Specify, prioritize, and communicate high level requirements and product development plans with key internal stakeholders such as technology, business, and sales teams as well as external partners
Maintain deep understanding of TransUnion solutions, partnered products, and emerging technologies to inform internal roadmap, influence partner offerings
Lead evaluation of new solutions and ongoing review of current portfolio working across geographies and support functions
Own all aspects of relationships with new and existing strategic partners and vendors of technology and data
Drive commercial agreements with prospective partners and enhanced terms with existing partners to optimize value propositions across our business
Support product readiness for internal and partnered solutions including internal risk management processes, customer onboarding/support and related documentation, and go-to-market planning
Create and curate competitive landscape across key markets to inform broader product roadmap and partnership strategy
Monitor and report on industry trends to contribute to CoE thought leadership
Attend industry conferences to deepen organizational relationships and identify new product opportunities
Provide regular updates to CoE and regional product leadership teams on product strategy, market feedback, and industry developments
