Senior Product Manager - Lean Power
You are an entrepreneur, with a proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise software products to clients. You love bootstrapping ideas into businesses, taking on challenges from product to implementation to client support and services, truly owning everything about the product. You understand what it takes to operate product development and implementation at scale, and know how to translate ambiguous vision into detailed, technically sound backlog. You understand how to build strong relationships and manage client expectations effectively. You know how to grow strategic client accounts through successful delivery and new opportunity exploration. You've coached and trained Product Managers on agile best practices, and understand how to mentor and grow those around you. You have a growth mindset, strong emotional intelligence, and reputation for delivering results.
We are looking for a product leader for a Devbridge incubated product to drive the market adoption of the product. Everything involved in successfully delivering the product to market, to clients, to end users falls under your purview. We are looking for a true “product owner” to transform this product into a business.
Requirements
- Own the entire SDLC process for internal Devbridge product, and client implementation projects
- Support sales initiatives to grow existing clients and acquire new clients
- Run requirement gathering workshops with strategic clients
- Work with team members to produce estimates for proposals
- Create and maintain a product backlog with epics and user stories
- Create product roadmaps and release plans
- Work with designers to create UI wireframes, mockups and prototypes
- Run agile ceremonies and with globally-distributed team members
- Facilitate communication between client stakeholders and development team members
- Provide product demos and presentations to clients
- Provide client training and customer support as required
- Monitor and communicate project health through metrics
- Coordinate and run product release activities
- Facilitate product usability testing sessions
- Willingness to travel up as needed and when allowed, up to 30%

- At least 5-7 years of agile product management experience

- Enterprise Software implementation experience
- Strong experience and understanding of web and mobile development technologies
- Ability to pick up technical and business concepts quickly

- Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills
