ABOUT THE ROLE 

As the Senior Product Manager working with our product team driving Retailer Experience(RX), you’ll be responsible for envisioning and delivering a unified connected portal experience for ShopRunner retailers who subscribe to products such as Free 2-Day Shipping, Free Returns, Same-Day Delivery, Marketplace and Supply chain Services. You’ll own the product strategy and delivery for the unified connected commerce portal. As a cross functional leader you will work with key stakeholders in Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Data Science, Operations, Partner Success and Business Development. You own and manage a state of the art digital personalized experience that helps our brands win in a high scale, competitive retail environment.  As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive towards a strategy, manage a roadmap, prioritize and lead execution of the retail experience portal for our brands. 
This role is US based only but we are open to any of our US offices in Chicago, IL, Conshohocken, PA (Philly), and New York City or fully remote in any of these states: CA, DE, IL, IN, FLA, MA, NY, NJ, NC, SC, PA, TX, UT, VA, WA, CT, MD, MI. From time to time, there will be limited travel to our offices as the need arises.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Product ownership of the end to end connected portal strategy, governance framework and roadmap of our retailer portal. This may include cross-functional-product features such as merchant access, security, roles, permissions, Data driven personalization and access to microsites within the connected retail portal.
  • Collaborate regularly with other consumer and brand product team stakeholders who are driving microsite functionality under the retailer portal
  • Manage and prioritize cross functional product feature roadmap and dependencies
  • Drive and communicate sprint planning to reach our roadmap milestones
  • Voice of the Customer- Empathize and learn brand pain points and opportunities
  • Drive towards making the brand experience simple, intuitive and frictionless
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional teams, help identify common problem patterns and deliver valuable solutions.
  • Participate in and present product at prospective and current partner retailer meetings 
  • Partner with engineering to influence technical solutioning and architecture to optimize for speed and quality 
  • Build cases for new features that enhance brand portal experience 
  • Collaborate regularly with design and engineering to launch new features 
  • Define and prioritize product feature backlog as part of agile software development
  • Drive business results and improve key metrics


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 5+ years of product experience, successfully building, launching and growing digital commerce products
  • 5-8 years of professional experience, preferably within the Retail, Logistics or supply chain management
  • Experience in Ecommerce is highly desirable
  • Experience in Portal development, personalization and ML driven experience is highly desirable
  • Experience in SaaS / Headless Commerce, API First Portal design is highly desirable
  • Experience working with high scale platform ecosystems is highly desirable
  • Experience in portal lead config management, content management, operational analytics and insights for business users
  • Experience managing sprint work for engineering teams and designers 
  • Experience and appreciation for B2C & B2B user persona lead experiences
  • Experience drawing insights from user interviews and feedback
  • Experience working with design teams and delivering user requirements
  • Strong organization skills: Able to gather information from a variety of sources and structure information to inform your product roadmap
  • Strong communication skills: Able to present new concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders, executives, and retail partners to promote and gain feedback on features and products
