ShopRunner was acquired by FedEx in 2020 and is leveraging the know-how and scale of one of the most advanced global logistics player. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to help us build an open ecosystem for eCommerce, shipping, and fulfillment. Our Product Managers are the bond that links all aspects of a product under a single, cohesive vision.
As a Senior Supply Chain Tech Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team building a suite of products for our merchant partners and internal stakeholders. You will seek better ways to improve the experience for retailers, partners, consumers, and our operations team.

- Experience in fulfillment, last-mile logistics, and/or retail supply chains is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple projects, align on goals, and deliverables
- A proven history of success in product management roles at high-tech or SaaS software companies
