We are looking for Product Managers who can help us realize this vision. Amount partners with some of the world's premier financial services institutions, and has rapidly grown since its inception in 2020 to achieve unicorn status, but we believe that the best is yet to come.

We need Product Managers across a number of different teams. It can be anything from customer facing experiences within our Originations or Servicing Systems, specific loan capabilities within our loan team, co-brand capabilities on our card team, or it can be merchant facing like our Merchant Portal driving our exciting Buy Now Pay Later offering.

What you'll work on:

• Manage a group of junior product managers
• Research, development, and implementation of new products and features for our lending software including a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and user requirements
• Help define vision and success metrics and manage your own set of KPIs critical to the product platform’s success
• Collaborate with customer success and business development functions to ensure the voice of the client is being represented in the product vision
• Work cross-functionally to ensure all functions are aligned to a product vision that is represented by the product roadmap
• Meet regularly with our Partners to iron out high-level requirements then work with your PMs and with Design to perfect the UI / UX for new features
• Write high-level technical project requirements and work with your technical stakeholders to identify project risks and estimate level of effort

Who you are:

• Software Product Management experience leading a cross-functional team
• Experience in taking a product from concept to launch, driving product vision, creating product roadmaps and steering technical implementation discussions
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• An inquisitive mindset and an openness to do things differently and more efficiently
• Self-confidence, good judgment and the ability to make sound decisions
• Highly analytical and organized, detail-oriented, knack for problem-solving, and strong project management skills
• People management experience

Nice to haves:

• Building banking products or platforms
• Ideally 5 - 10 years of experience and a STEM or business degree (i.e. MBA)
• Experience with SQL / Looker and Lucidchart
• Experience with Jira, Github, and other Agile software management tools
• Familiarity with React / Javascript, and Ruby on Rails is a plus. (You don’t need to write it, but being able to read code and understand what it’s doing is a huge plus)
