Department OverviewThe Services Portfolio Management team is responsible for the design, development, launch and maintenance of services and service products. This includes managing the product throughout its lifecycle; gathering and prioritizing service product and customer requirements; defining the product vision, and collaborating with key work partners to deliver winning service products and solutions
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a track record of successfully creating and launching products and services, customer focused and technology savvy. Creative and highly analytical, able to work effectively in a matrix organization, easily adaptable to new processes and new ways of working in order to meet the ever changing needs of our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing new products and services to market, that solve customer problems and create new sources of revenue for our company. In this role, you will contribute to the product strategy, vision and roadmap with an end-to-end ownership of the product offers and customer experience that supports the company's overall strategy and goals. Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Familiarize yourself with company’s product lines and their impact on our customers and market as a whole
Define, develop and deliver new product attached services and subscription services that support organization’s overall strategy and goals.
Build relationships and identify stakeholders across the organization as it relates to your assigned portfolio of products and service offers
Assess the needs, opportunities and customer pain points, and develop business cases, strategies and roadmap
Develop value propositions, positioning and messaging for your service offers/products
Developing business cases will require in-depth financial analysis, projected returns on investment scenario modeling, pricing and pricing strategies, etc.
Contribute to cross-functional process of prioritization, by utilizing data to make recommendations
Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver your approved service offers/products. Typical engagement involves teams from finance, engineering, operations, IT, Sales, Marketing and third parties.
Demonstrate strong product management discipline, adherence to defined processes and continuously looking for opportunities to introduce efficiencies.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, such as computer science.
Must have 5 years of Product Management experience
Must have experience with software technologies; cloud and XaaS products experience is preferred
Must be fluent in product management discipline
Excellent verbal and written skills with ability to build great relationships with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels across the organization
MBA is preferred
