Sr. Advisor, Product Manager - Decision Services & Partner Solutions
What We'll Bring
The Sr. Advisor will work closely with the Global Decision Services Program Director to help drive the active evolution of our US decision services business by giving customers what they need - access to best-in-class decisioning platforms and technologies from TransUnion and its partners. You will leverage your expertise in the decision management space to optimize our portfolio of solutions while making TransUnion the most open and easy to work with data and analytics provider.
The Team’s Focus:
As part of Global Solutions, our team is responsible for the success of TransUnion’s decision management solutions that help our customers make better risk-based decisions. We work alongside global teams to develop and set our solution strategy, prioritization, support go-to-market programming, sales, and distribution to ensure we meet and exceed our Customer’s needs. Along with our partners, we are accountable for our solutions’ performance and ensure we remain within appropriate legal and regulatory boundaries, always keeping the end-Consumer’s needs in mind.
What You'll Bring
Advanced knowledge of project management in the B2B software space with 7+ years of project management and related experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience of the product management lifecycle management and go to market processes
Advanced knowledge in the decision management, risk analytics, or similar space
Understanding of how risk analytics teams have implemented decision management technologies
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
Experience working effectively with external parties leveraging strong collaboration and relationship management
Strong leadership skills; ability to take initiative and ownership and effectively leverage resources to successful outcomes without constant direction
Strong problem solving skills; ability to break down complex problems into critical parts, identify the key causes and effectively prioritize and execute way forward
Proven ability to quickly grasp industry and business-wide concepts in order to assess implications to drive actions and to capitalize on opportunities
Exceptional analytical skills; ability to logically and systematically visualize and efficiently tackle tasks
Highly organized, excellent project management abilities
Advanced fluency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Comfort operating in and delivering high-profile results in ambiguous environments
Impact You'll Make
Work closely with the Decision Services Program Director to drive the active transformation of our decision services business within the US
Partner with US product leads and Sales Teams to align on our regional strategy and execution on operational plans
Partner with Global Delivery and Global Technology to forecast resources needed to reach transformation objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and plan for customer transitions and point solution development
Collaborate and maintain operational alignment with strategic partners by coordinating tasks and communicating expected deliverables
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders about transformation progress
Collaborate with matrix and external partners to develop joint solutions that maximize value for our customers when combining TransUnion and partner solutions
Develop and maintain epics to feed into the product backlogs to support ongoing product development of our joint partner solutions
Develop and continuously refine target customer segmentation, user persona’s, and use cases for joint partners solutions
Develop strategic insights based on market assessments grounded in primary and secondary research
Spend time with clients capturing VOC and applying design thinking principles to understand their problems and needs
Collaborate with Sales, Markets, Regions, Data Science, Global Technology, Product Marketing, and the broader Global Solutions Team to create and maintain business plans with clear and measurable targets while ensuring cohesive product offerings
Partner with international product leads to seek out unique points of view to deliver solutions that reflect the needs of our Partner strategy
Develop and deliver senior level presentations to articulate business plans
Review and approve product backlogs
Gather competitive intelligence on an ongoing basis, monitor strategy and competitive response for key competitive solution sets
