Rewards Network is looking for a Sr. Brand Manager to create the messaging and positioning of our brand through all channels. The incumbent will partner with the Director of Marketing along with other marketing team members to create a national, regional, and local marketing programs and campaigns that drive the Rewards Network brand awareness and strategic growth for the business.

 

As a Sr. Brand Manager, here is what we would be looking for you to bring:

 

· Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term

· Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online, email, PR and social media

· Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding

· Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items

· Competitor and customer insights analysis

· Analysis of channel performance and reporting insights

 

What key attributes do brand managers typically have?

Key personal attributes for a successful brand manager include:

· Brand awareness - a clear understanding of brands and the marketing mix

· Determination and perseverance

· Relationship management skills

· A strong focus on results

· A high degree of business acumen

· Excellent writing and strategic positioning skills

· Analytical
