Requirement:
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a strong technical IT environment
- Deep understanding of large scale distributed systems principles, evolving trends E.g.: Software defined datacenters, containers, and cloud native patterns
- Open to hands on participation to produce prototypes, proof of concept and other R&D artifacts
- Ability to build value propositions and communicating with senior executives (VP, SVP)
- Demonstrated ability to engage with vendors, resellers and technical account managers
- Knowledge base spans all aspects of software architecture, hardware architecture and operations architecture
- An understanding of and passion for supporting client’s needs in various vertical industry segments (Financial Services, Telco, Healthcare, Government and others)
- You have the ability and aptitude to think innovatively and drive change within both internal and customers
- You work well with virtual teams and have a flexible work structure that allows for early morning/late night calls with resources in other countries
Impact you’ll make:
As part of the Identity & Fraud Global Center of Excellence (CoE) for the Innovative Solutions Group (ISG) at TransUnion, the Product Consultant will provide solution architecture, cross-domain technical leadership and problem solving for a variety of ID & Fraud solutions, projects, and capabilities. Today TransUnion provides solutions to help improve the on-boarding process of customers by streamlining the verification of identities of individuals by digital means as well as by highlighting potential fraudulent cases. She/he must be willing to accept a dynamic and multi-faceted role requiring to work across several teams and geographies. Your deep experience in technology, architecture, product development along with industry expertise in financial services, or a related discipline will allow you to ‘hit-the-ground-running’ in this fast-paced and evolving matrix business. Your impact will encompass the following:
- Develop an Architectural vision, balance business requirements with IT initiatives, provide technical leadership, and manage execution and delivery of large projects and programs
- Work closely with the IT teams in ensuring a successful and timely implementation of technical requirements
- Understand of the DecisionEdge platform and how global solutions can integrate into it
- Support the Technology teams in different international markets in localizing the global DecisionEdge components and launching the solutions successfully
- Evaluate different partner solutions for ID & Fraud from a technical standpoint and the ease/difficulty of its integration into our platforms
- Provide technical support in customer engagements, solution presentations, and technical translations of customer requirements
- Thorough understanding of architecture patterns, frameworks and applying them in building IT strategies
