What You'll Bring
10+ years of working experience in an information services or financial services company with 5+ years of product management experience in digital products
Deep expertise in the mobile product space
A consumer first thinking and a passion for the best consumer experience
Demonstrated success in planning and delivering large cross-functional technical initiatives in a large, global environment
Expertise building business cases around market opportunities and partnerships - including strategy development, market segmentation, competitive analysis and financial analysis
Strong knowledge and experience in writing compelling features, functional and non-functional acceptance criteria and user stories
A strong understanding of data, analytical practices and how to leverage them to provide value to our customers
Experience leading and working with diverse cross-functional teams in an agile product delivery environment, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to understand technical aspects of products and platforms such as aligning sales and marketing strategies to the IT roadmap; as well as translate such technical products/solutions into compelling stories
Willingness and ability to travel 15% of your time domestically and internationally
Outstanding written and verbal interpersonal skills
What We'd Love to See:
Masters Degree in Information Technology, Social Sciences, Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
Product Management experience in freemium and premium subscription based products
A strong working experience in Scaled Agile Framework
Experience in managing P&L for digital products
Impact You'll Make
You will be responsible for developing a vision and road-map for our subscription based freemium and premium mobile products and personalization across direct-to-consumer products.
You will work very closely with our marketing, brand, consumer ops and technology teams on detailed initiatives that drive the evolution and performance of our mobile products across acquisition, engagement, retention and cross-sell opportunities.
You will ensure conceptualizing, requirements gathering and successful launch of various initiatives for these products
You will lead and define direction for the agile teams in the quarterly PI planning exercises
You will own the product end-to-end and communicate the product performance across various levels in the organization
