Team Leader, Product Management
Locusview is looking for a Team Leader, Product Management to join our growing Product Management teams in Chicago and Herzliya.
In this role, you will leverage your experience to start and lead a new product as part of our product portfolio, work closely with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Strategy teams, as well as customers, to understand their needs and pain points. As a Team Leader in Product Management, you will be responsible for training your team, and providing them with feedback, mentoring, coaching, developing skills, and holding yourself and your team members accountable to expectations.
This role will report to the VP of Product.
In this role you'll:
- Research the market to identify pain points and needs
- Help define our product roadmap, strategy and monitor progress towards goals
- Provide training, support, and leadership to the team
- Plan and prioritize features based on Product Management best practices
- Write requirements and define features
- Work with cross-functional teams to help advance and develop our platform
- Work with Product Marketing to communicate functionality, benefits, and values
- 5+ years as a Product Manager - MUST
- Experience with complex Enterprise systems such as LocusView, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, SAP, etc. - MUST
- Technical experience with SaaS solutions - MUST
- Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, delegation skills, organizational skills, and excellent communication skills.
- Excellent written/verbal communication English skills.
- B.Sc./ B.A. in Computer Science, Math, Statistics or equivalent.

- Previous product management experience with project management, task management, or scheduling solutions such as Monday.com, Wrike, ClickSoftware, Microsoft Project/Field Service, IFS, OverIT, Oracle Field Service, etc.
- Familiarity with the utility IT technology stack supporting Construction workflows
