We’re seeking a Scrum Master to advance projects by strategically delegating tasks and tying the big picture to each of our sprints. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, reliable, detailed, and driven to produce high quality work. This individual must thrive in a fast-paced environment.

 

Lead the scrum team by applying Scrum/Agile methodology and best practices

  • Helping the organization and development team to achieve customer satisfaction through oversight, consensus building, appropriate assignment of responsibilities and obstacle removal 

  • Influence and resolve conflicts and issues that arise occur

  • Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity

  • Support the product owner and provide education on best practices where needed

 

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years’ experience facilitating Agile development in a Scrum environment

  • Honed expertise of best practices in tenants of Agile/Scrum methodology

  • Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict

  • Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum

  • Proven track record of leading teams and sprints to completion in a user-focused environment

  • Strong influence, communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills

  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment

  • Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction

Located on the corner of Wacker and Monroe, our office is great for any commute. We’re only a few blocks from the Quincy and Washington/Wells L stops.
