Role Description:

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing a data modernization project across the Business Intelligence team. The scope of this project will include FHIR interoperability and cloud migration. The PM will manage the creation and implementation of the data modernization project roadmap and oversee execution of multiple projects involved. The PM will also assist in detailed requirements gathering and oversee testing throughout each project. There will also be a responsibility to report timelines up to the executive committee and provide detailed information related to these timelines and project plans. We are excited to bring in a candidate that is passionate about moving OSH's data platform into the future.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Leads cross-functional discussions/initiatives to anticipate and mitigate issues and achieve required outcomes within required timeframes
  • Manage the distribution of work to data engineers to ensure the timely delivery of project deliverables
  • Oversees the documentation and implementation of all data modernization projects
  • Prepares thorough and articulate executive summaries for senior leadership and participates in BI strategy
  • Other duties, as assigned

What are we looking for?

  • Undergraduate degree, preferably in Business, Analytics, or related field
  • More than five (5) years of relevant work experience
  • FHIR and/or HL7 experience
  • Cloud migration experience
  • SQL proficiency
  • Ability to work manage multiple projects at once as well as oversee the business analysis team
  • Ability to manage deadlines and deliverables and communicate them to business owners
  • Excellent knowledge of FHIR specifications and experience building HL7 and/or FHIR integration solutions
  • Experience creating long term project roadmaps and moving projects to completion
  • Knowledge of modern data architecture in the healthcare space
  • Experience with cloud migration
  • Ability to creatively solve technical problems to ensure the translation of technical requirement test plans
  • Release management and planning experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly to stakeholders and users
  • US work authorization
