What You'll Bring

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science or a related field with at least 15 years of progressive experience in product management. A Master’s degree is highly desirable. 

Ability to conceptualize, develop and direct the execution of complex technology platform, services and capabilities; turning great products into real revenue. 

Must possess excellent verbal, presentation, and written skills. In addition, the right candidate must possess the ability to translate technical products/solutions into compelling features and stories. 

Strategic influencing skills to ensure alignment to strategic objectives across functions, departments and stakeholders.

Willingness and ability to undertake self-directed, independent work in pursuit of team goals.

Success in working with cross-functional teams to productively drive consensus, develop and deliver customer solutions.

Success in working with decentralized agile development teams across international regions.

Understanding of the “business question”- the ability to help develop a customer position, identify needs and how to translate those needs into product development.

Intellectual curiosity and a genuine desire to solve problems.

Demonstrated ability to define and drive strategies to support growth and performance across the enterprise.

Strong understanding of the Agile methodology

Strong understanding of architectural design and best practices that will continually modernize the suite and allow for deployment across international regions.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building enthusiastic support for new ideas and converting resistance to endorsement with robust collaboration with various stakeholders, leaders and agile team(s) across the organization.

Strong people management skills and a proven ability to develop a global team of growth-oriented, experienced product management and product development professionals in a scaled agile framework, to develop and mentor teams.

Brings experience driving product management that leverage Cloud Computing and optimizing digital user experiences.

Impact You'll Make

Evaluate and implement the tools and processes necessary to aggressively drive our data, fraud and identity needs forward, relative to both new and existing products and services.

Support the required go-to-market plans to ensure a successful rollout.

Develop and manage a high-performance product team in support of strategic and growth initiative objectives.

Strategically work to support all business plans, cost and capacity projections, and product positioning across multiple solutions in the marketplace.

Work collaboratively across the business and with the leadership team to lead our short and long range planning processes

Monitor industry and technology trends and provide a view on the landscape.

Certify efficiency and effectiveness is executed throughout entire process to marketplace.
