As Vice President Product Lead, you will define product objectives based on your experience, research and user needs. You will drive and uncover strategic questions and enabling rapid innovation across the platform. You will provide the vision and feedback to help build the ultimate product experience.  

Your focus is to help turn concepts, input and findings into complete, packaged tools that allow customers to get the most of what they need from our platform. As VP Product Lead, you'll be part of the leadership team and to guide and ensure we adopt the right strategy for our product and services.

• You have a proven record of leading, creating and launching products, and a strong understanding of product strategy, product marketing, and/or product management, as well as UX and platform design. 
• You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of our retail partners and understand how our platform can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their branded content can impact thousands of users. 
• You have experience writing business requirements, product requirements and/or user stories, and familiarity with software tracking systems like JIRA preferred 
• You are excited by working in technology and start-up venture environment 

Qualifications: 

• 5+ years of experience interacting with product or engineering teams in program/product management, consulting or customer support. Experience working in retail or with CPG is highly preferred. 
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. (MS/MBA degree preferred) 
• Represent the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders (UX, BD, Product, PR, Marketing) 
• Be accountable for support cost and our business’ key performance indicators. Take responsibility for implementing strategies that address customer support/user experience issues and drive business success. 
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with technical and creative teams; ability to prioritize relentlessly and gain consensus around a recommendation‬. 
• Experience analyzing data sets and summarizing trends. 
• Ability to flex seamlessly between strategy and tactical execution; creative and imaginative while also analytical, technical, organized, and detail-oriented‬ 
• Understanding of core web technologies, interactive systems, publishing workflows, and content management systems is desirable‬.
