About The Role

As our VP of Product Management you’ll be working with our executive team to set and drive product vision for our industry-leading HR solutions.  You’ll partner with our engineering team to build innovative products that help humanize the candidate experience.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Synthesize input from stakeholders and client partners as well as conduct competitive market analysis to define strategic priorities

  • Partner closely with Engineering on process improvement, organizational structure, goals, and deliverables

  • Run user testing and feedback to drive high-quality development

  • Use analytics tools to drive product decisions, and use data to initiate new projects

  • Drive company-wide understanding of the Product direction and the reasons for that direction.

  • Stay on top of the competitive landscape to neutralize potential threats

  • Coordinate product delivery from Engineering through CSG, Sales, and Marketing

  • Build a diverse, world-class product team

  • Act as a player/coach, leading product management and complex operations

  • Mentor and coach junior team members on product management best practices.

  • Establish a product-centric culture that balances excellence, empowerment, and efficiency

  • Own the product roadmap

  • Build Product and Customer knowledge throughout Development

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's' degree, Master's or MBA and technical disciplines preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

  • 10+ years of product management experience

  • Product experience at a SaaS-based HR technology company is strongly preferred.

  • Track record for driving organizations and delivering results
