We are looking for an experienced Project Manager. who serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical execution PODs, translating WM requirements into actionable user stories.

Responsibilities
  • Agile Governance: Leads daily delivery governance and manages cross-pod dependencies between pods for  1. Client Onboarding/Integrations and 2. Case Management/Platform).
  • Release Management: Owns the release-driven Gantt chart, ensuring the five staggered releases land according to backlog readiness and Savant's business priorities.
  • Risk & Change Management: Proactively identifies project risks (e.g., WiseOS dependency or data model constraints) and designs mitigation strategies to prevent scope creep.
  • Executive Liaison: Chairs the Steering Committee and manages commercial "NTE" (Not-To-Exceed) rails, ensuring Savant leadership has transparency into budget and project health

Requirements
  • 8+ years of Experience in BFS or WM is required.
  • Relevant Salesforce/CRM transformation project experience is required; Wealth Management (WM) is preferred
  • Ability to engage with executive/VP level stakeholders from client’s team to translate business problems to high level analytics solution approach
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the US BFS/WM industry.
  • Strong project management and team management skills and ability to work with global teams.
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with analytic tools like R & Python; & visualization tools like Qlik or Tableau is a plus
  • Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA or equivalent work experience
