PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

Well, hi there! Interested in the Account Coordinator position at One North? Excellent! In this role, your primary function is to provide client-facing support. Planning, execution and day-to-day management of ongoing maintenance activities for multiple clients keeps you busy, but highly rewarded (think of how you’ll be making your clients happy!). You’ll set up an established project scope, estimate costs for the project and sketch out timelines. Typical activities include issue troubleshooting and documentation, answering questions related to client sites and providing basic functionality training as needed.

You will partner with other client team members to ensure our extraordinary digital solutions are exactly that – meaning they are exceeding client expectations and continuously improving with time to meet new goals. We build relationships with our clients so that they can effectively communicate with their audiences.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Contact, Consultant & Problem Solver, you:

  • Serve as the first line of support for client trouble-shooting and questions.
  • Maintain project/issue communication internally and externally.

 

Project Analytics (a.k.a. the Nitty Gritty):

  • Develop a timeline and budget for ongoing implementation tasks, tracking actual task performance and costs against the plan.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks to client satisfaction.

 

Project Process: This is how we roll.

  • Adapt and apply the One North support process.
  • Ensure the use of best practices and apply lessons learned from previous activities.
  • Set project quality and performance standards and perform functional level quality assurance.

 

Business Development - What can we say? We’re a growing company.

  • Partner with Account Managers to identify additional client needs and business building opportunities.
Desired Skills and Experience

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Timeline and scope management for small to medium sized projects
  • Work on rapid development, small team, technology projects
  • Work on web technologies 
  • Strong experience using MS Word and PowerPoint including complex document formatting
  • Exposure to HTML and Google Analytics
  • Demonstrated client management and communication skills
  • Shown success and interest in a client service role
  • Strong written and oral communication and problem-solving skills
  • Be an articulate and poised individual with great interpersonal skills
  • Advanced playlist-making capabilities – for those Wednesday afternoons when you need a dance break (or need to breakdance), this will come in handy.

Our office is located downtown Chicago at the corner of Franklin & Monroe streets. However, we're currently working together remotely.
