About Our Candidate
OPENLANE, a KAR Global brand, the leader in online automotive remarketing, is currently looking for an Agile Program Manager to join our Agile Delivery Team.
This role will ideally suit a candidate that is pro-active and outcome driven.The Agile Program Manager will be at the nexus of the Program - bringing together Stakeholders in Engineering, Product Development, Marketing and Sales and end Customers to drive Business Value. Requires in-depth understanding of how these areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the entire Program. The candidate will have basic commercial awareness coupled with well-honed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others. The Program Manager will have responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of end results of an area.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Accountable for delivering multiple projects within program or multiple programs within platforms.
• Monitor and manage program Opex and Capex budgets and constraints
• Keep track of program backlog working with product team and maintain health of the backlog.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders and lead program progress communication.
• Manage risks and resolve issues that affect delivery scope, schedule and quality
• Measure and monitor progress to ensure application deliveries are delivered on time and within budget, and that they meet or exceed expectations
• Work with enterprise delivery team and implement enterprise delivery practices.
• Manage the release activities, track and communicate them with the entire program team

Qualifications & Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5 years' experience in managing and delivering complex software projects.
• Advanced program management skills with focus on translating program needs into requirements and timelines, and ability to manage self and team members to drive execution and delivery against program objectives.
• 2+ years of experience with Scaled Agile systems a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written); able to articulate needs and influence based on the message versus relying on authority.
