The Team
At Arity, our Analytics team is at the core of helping us transform mobility. They not only know how to analyze and find meaning within the data, but are passionate about how it affects the end-users of our products. They work with a treasure trove of massive data sets every day-after all, Arity is constantly collecting and deciphering billions of miles of driving data. The Role
The Employee Testing Program Manager is responsible for growing and supporting Arity's employee testing initiatives to achieve targeted results.
Working collaboratively across Arity AOR's, this role coordinates implementation efforts, monitors results, makes recommendations, and reports them accordingly to help ensure initiatives achieve intended outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Helps manage specific employee testing projects, programs and work streams within Arity with an appropriate sense of urgency and accountability for results
- Maintains ongoing ownership and support of Arity employee testing program (e.g. communications, education, operations, etc), with accountability for results
- Collaborates across Arity AORs and customers to implement initiatives; coordinates with and influences leaders from different functional groups to iteratively improve the employee testing program
- Engages with stakeholder groups to collect insights and feedback to inform and improve program design. Leads the implementation of improvement efforts by prioritizing improvements and incorporating enhancements into program deliverables/design
- Develops and maintains program deliverables (e.g. process flows, presentations, reports, project updates)
- Collects, analyzes, and summarizes data, insights, and results of employee testing work; leverages results and makes recommendations to inform ongoing strategies. Communicates results to senior leadership.
- Works with team to help build employee testing budget and forecast for Arity programs
- Responsible for recruiting employee testers and incentivizing engagement in an internal testing program
- Designs mechanisms for collecting feedback on Arity's current and prospective products and services; distills and delivers feedback to stakeholders
- Identifies use cases for data collection to support the development of the next generation of products and services
- Ensures that the data provided by testers is collected and used in a way that respects the privacy of testers and minimizes risk to Arity
- Designs test plans for and supports execution of experiments in controlled settings or with employee testers
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 3+ years of related experience
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
- Strong understanding of competitor/industry practices
- Experience presenting to business clients and management
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Strong experience in time and task management
- Strong attention to details
- Ability and willingness to continually seek opportunities for learning and development related to role
- Ability to independently measure, evaluate, and act on results
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Intermediate project management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal, etc.)
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with employees at all levels
