What will your day look like?
You will be responsible for driving strategic change management for the digital transformation of Consumer, Residential and Commercial Lending assets. The incumbent will lead change within AOT and is the conduit to platforms and team across the entire organization. The Asset Operations Transformation Manager understands the challenges and needs of the lending platform and works to implement solutions in collaboration with platform managers. This incumbent will practice positive influence throughout the organization to align priorities and resources to drive business results. General direction is received from the Vice President, Asset Operations Transformation.
Responsibilities

- Deepen understanding of LOB goals and priorities to work with platform managers to effectively identify, prioritize and orchestrate critical activities to digitally transform the front and back end platforms of the lending business
- Lead efforts to mobilize a digitally enable asset operation platform that is structured and standardized across lending by sequencing and prioritizing efforts for lending, while integrating into enterprise initiatives
- Serve as primary contact for AOT with cross-functional business partners
- Perform SME role for the team regarding enterprise-wide platform projects and enhancements across and decide how and when to leverage and/or integrate
- Develop strong business cases to influence key stakeholders to secure resources and project alignment
- Apply structured agile methodology and frameworks to lead lending platform change management activities
- Gather and document business requirements for automating processes that gain efficiency by alleviating manual effort
- Lead efforts with lines of business and product design to create process maps and services blueprints for all Lending platforms
- Create project initiative and prioritization dashboards for organizational visibility into key milestones, risks + dependencies, and implementations
- Oversee all outstanding Lending projects and initiatives from scooping through implementation
- Develop a working knowledge of unique line of business challenges to outline opportunities to optimize talent, process, and technology tools
- Partner with critical stakeholders across Alliant to coordinate, execute and communicate change initiatives
- Work closely with Information Technology to align resources necessary to achieve business objectives
- Own and consolidate agile backlog for lending platforms
- Play key role in ensuring projects and initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage
- Create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance
- Build key relationships with Managers of Loan Production and Servicing Platforms, as well as, Lending LOB leaders and Information Technology
- Present initiative plans, updates, and changes at key committee/leadership meetings
Qualifications
What makes you a great fit?
You’ll be a great fit if in addition to the completion of a Bachelor’s degree, Master’s Degree preferred, and you have:
- 7+ years of project management or change management experience
- Professional certifications: PMP, CMP
- Proficient in crafting and delivering PowerPoint presentations
- Working knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Excellent written, verbal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate new ideas and concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and adaptive; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Experience with large-scale, cross-functional organizational projects and/or change efforts
- Ability to influence without authority and communicate effectively across numerous teams/departments
- Driven, detailed-oriented leader with an ability to execute project plans within timeline
