Associate Online Merchandiser

We are searching for top-level Marketing professionals to join us at FTD Companies. The Associate Online Merchandiser will take a leading role in sharing our story while creating compelling narratives within our Floral-brand E-Commerce business.

You Will Contribute by creating, designing, and improving our market KPI's as we elevate our iconic FTD brand. You will also help with;

• Optimize site pages to best meet customer demand. Manage product selection and sort order for category pages. Optimize product merchandising within each category with respect to sort order and product promotion and demotion
• Execute site promotional strategy and site updates for the homepage, category pages, and navigation to support the brand initiative and merchandising assortment
• Assist with design and execution of A/B tests, analysis of results, and making recommendations for testing road map
• Stay up-to-date on E-Commerce trends to help develop new ideas and best-in-class site experiences

What we seek is an Associate Online Merchandiser with the ability to own their brand and work on a broad range of different projects. Metrics and analytics are something that excites you as you dive into trends to making the next big push for the season. These are what we are looking for;

• experience in an E-Commerce-related role focused on site content, site merchandising, branding or product merchandising.
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to problem-solve independently
• Experience with web analytics platforms highly preferred (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics); leveraging quantitative data analytics to solve business problems, uncover opportunities and develop strategies
