Our Associate Scrum Master will facilitate daily scrum standups, sprint
planning and sprint retrospective meetings for our engineering teams. Working closely with Sr. Engineering managers this person can also expect to;

•    Work with broader organization to remove any impediments to the development team.
•    Ability to prepare and maintain sprint and release documents and metrics such as burn down and velocity charts.
•    Assist in managing projects and interdependencies to ensure milestone adherence and the integrity of the release can be measured.
•    Lead backlog and requirements prioritization sessions to vet requirements against business strategy.
•    Understanding of all phases of the software development lifecycle.
•    Bachelors preferred
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    Strong facilitation and collaboration skills
•    Familiar with Agile software development methodologies
•    Analytical with the ability to provide recommendations based on data and available metrics
•    Leader and team player
